Red Riding Hood is a new American dark fantasy movie directed by Catherine Hardwicke. The film is inspired by Bruno Bettelheim's book The Uses of Enchantment. It is loosely based on the folk tale Little Red Riding Hood also.

So, Red Riding Hood movie revolves around Valerie who is a young woman. She lives in the small village of Daggerhorn. She shares love attachment with Peter. But her parent does not like her choice. Finally, she plans to run away with Peter.
On the other hand, attack of werewolf increased day by day in the village. Red Riding Hood is based on the romantic struggle of Valerie in the background of werewolf’s attack. The film released on 11th March, 2011 in theaters. Release date of Red Riding Hood movie in India is yet to be announced. The movie is compared with The Twilight Saga.
