When Jarrod's brain is inserted into an alien body, the alien possesses his memories because he has been exposed to the aliens' toxin enough to be resistant to it. Recognizing Elaine, the alien with Jarrod's brain caresses her gently and the credits roll with still photographs of Jarrod's alien fighting off other aliens, protecting Elaine and his unborn child.”

So, it is just a simple story based on aliens. The movie is not able to get popularity like Avatar. Despite it, the movie has gotten huge popularity among audiences.
